Editorial & Culture

This is where a lot of my eye was built.

I’ve spent years photographing the people, style and atmosphere around subcultures that care deeply about how they present themselves, especially in the mod scene, but also around classic cars, hot rods and music. It’s never just about clothes, vehicles or events. It’s about identity. Pride. Taste. The small details that tell you exactly who someone is.

Over more than a decade documenting the Brighton Mod Weekender, I learned how to look for those moments that feel effortless but say everything. That work led to my book Through My Eyes and continues to shape how I approach every shoot, whether it’s personal, editorial or commercial.

This work isn’t separate from what I do professionally, it’s the reason I see things the way I do.

Editorial & Culture

This is where my eye was shaped.

From the mod scene and Brighton Weekender to bands, subcultural events and editorial commissions, I’ve spent years documenting people and worlds built around identity, style and meaning.

I’m drawn to image-making with soul, the moments, details and atmospheres that say more than words ever could.
My editorial and cultural work is where the authenticity comes from. And it’s why my commercial photography has the character it does.
